This page explains how a3erf uses cookies and what your options are for controlling them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser saves on your device when you visit websites. They are used to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience. They contain no viruses and cannot access your device's files.
2. Cookies we use
- ui_lang: saves your chosen interface language (Arabic or English) for one year.
- theme (local storage): saves your dark/light mode preference on your device only.
These are strictly necessary and preference cookies only — we do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies of our own.
3. Third-party cookies
- YouTube (Google): when you play a clip through the embedded player, YouTube may set its own cookies for playback and statistics purposes, per the Google Cookies Policy.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers and normally set no cookies.
4. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security.
Note: blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but your language and theme will reset to the defaults on every visit.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when adding new features; any change becomes effective once published here.
6. Contact us
For any questions about cookies, reach us via the Contact Us page. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
